Sutton Stracke’s Bel Air residence became the ultimate powder keg during The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 14 reunion in early 2025 when, in a heated clash, Dorit Kemsley weaponized its location by proclaiming, “You live on a f–king main road!”
The intended insult was Dorit’s payback after Sutton spent the season mocking her costar’s wallet size. When the jab immediately went viral, however, fans and host Andy Cohen were quick to point out that Sutton’s “main road” house is actually a sprawling luxury estate set on one of the most exclusive stretches of pavement in the country.

While Sutton largely kept her composure during the reunion, calmly letting Dorit’s outburst roll off her back, she ultimately got the last laugh. A little more than a year after the televised spat, Stracke has officially put the mansion—complete with a championship tennis court and a history of celebrity owners like Jerry Buss—up for sale. Fellow Bravolebrity Josh Flagg of Compass is handling the nearly $9 million listing.
Originally completed in 1938, the modern Georgian-style spread was purchased by Stracke in 2020 for almost $5.4 million and subsequently renovated to the tune of several million dollars. It sits street-side on a gated and hedged parcel spanning over an acre. Four bedrooms, five full bathrooms, and a powder room are spread across roughly 4,700 square feet, with two levels showcasing narrow-plank oak floors in a honey hue, high wood-beamed ceilings, detailed millwork, and large windows that fill the interiors with natural light.

Other highlights include a sunken living room centered around a fireplace, with a bay-windowed alcove that accommodates a grand piano beneath a vintage Murano milk-glass calla lily chandelier. Transom-topped French doors open to a greenery-encased patio. Elsewhere, the formal dining room features parquet flooring and an integrated wet bar, while the kitchen is outfitted with premium appliances, including a Salamandar broiler and a Traulsen double-glass refrigerator, and a marble island with seating. The primary suite, meanwhile, includes a dedicated makeup station and an ultra-luxe dressing room.
Nestled against a lush hillside and dotted with mature trees and gardens, the grounds encompass the aforementioned tennis court and an elongated swimming pool ringed by stone pavers, along with a freestanding infrared sauna and multiple alfresco dining areas. Rounding it all off are a two-car garage and motor court that can hold up to six additional vehicles.

According to real estate insiders, the listing comes amid a season of major transitions for the Bravo star. Beyond recently sending her youngest son, James, off to college and adjusting to life as an empty nester, the move follows a highly publicized burglary at the property—giving the star plenty of reasons to seek a fresh, quiet start away from a main road. She also maintains a historic abode in her hometown of Augusta, Georgia, and an apartment in New York City.
