Quai D’Orsay ConcordiaHabanos S.A. has unveiled the Quai D’Orsay Concordia Edición Limitada 2026. As the name suggests, it’s a limited-edition cigar, and it’s only the second time this brand has released an Edición Limitada. The world premiere took place at the Las Ventas bullring in Madrid, Spain. The bullring is in the Guindalera quarter of Madrid’s Salamanca district.

The Quai D’Orsay Concordia measures 145mm x 50 (5.7″ x 50). It comes in 20-count boxes. Each cigar features the brand’s primary band, complemented by an exclusive 2026 Limited Edition band and an additional foot band. Pricing is €914 or $1019.70 per box. The price per cigar is €45.70 or $50.99. Habanos S.A. says the tobaccos undergo an additional two-year aging process. The extra fermentation process of the wrapper gives it deeper colors than other Quai D’Orsay offerings.

Cubatabaco originally created Quai d’Orsay in the 1970s for the French market. Cubatabaco and SEITA, France’s state tobacco monopoly, managed the brand. In 1999, SEITA merged with Tabacalera, Spain’s state tobacco monopoly, to form Altadis. When Altadis bought 50% of Habanos S.A., it paved the way for Quai D’Orsay to become a regular offering in Habanos S.A.’s portfolio. The brand derives its name from a street in Paris along the River Seine. The Concordia gets its name from the Place de la Concorde in Paris.

Juan Girón, Communications Director at Tabacalera, said: “Today, we have the privilege of attending the global launch of the Limited Edition Concordia. With a ring gauge of 50 and a length of 145 mm, it is a cigar of incredible proportions. It is visually stunning, which is why its vitola de galera is, quite fittingly, called ‘Preciosos’.”

“The filler, wrapper and binder have all been aged for at least two years, allowing the blend to reach its full potential. It is a smooth cigar, but not overly so, presented in boxes of 20, featuring subtle notes reminiscent of cedar and toasted hazelnut. As for the rest… discover it for yourselves!” added Girón.

Quai d’Orsay released its previous Edición Limitada, Senadores, in 2019.
