Forged Cigar Company has added a Salomon size to the La Gloria Cubana Los Gloriosos as an event-only cigar. Los Gloriosos is a project that reunited Ernesto Perez-Carrillo with the La Gloria Cubana brand, which he sold to Forged’s parent company, Scandinavian Tobacco Group (STG).

According to STG, the Salomon is a size Perez-Carrillo has an affinity for, but has rarely produced. The Salomon measures 6 3/4 x 63. It comes in five-count boxes. It will be sold only at La Gloria Cubana events and will have a price of $14.99 per cigar.

John Hakim, brand manager for La Gloria Cubana, says, “We wanted to give fans of The Lady the chance to get even closer to the roots of La Gloria Cubana. So we had Ernesto Perez-Carrillo create his newest La Gloria blend in a rare shape that he loves and fans will appreciate. This rare and exclusive cigar is a special treat for our most passionate fans and can be found only at La Gloria Cubana events!”

Los Gloriosos is actually the third reunion project between STG and Perez-Carrillo since he departed. It follows up Re+United (2014) and La Gloria Cubana Colección Reserva (2017). Los Gloriosos is a regular production line. The new Salomon shares the same blend as the core line sizes.
