Next month, Fratello is releasing a new limited cigar, but you will have to go to Switzerland to get it.
Cowbell is a 5 x 50 robusto with a pigtail, made with an Ecuadorian Connecticut-seed wrapper covering a Cameroon binder and filler tobaccos grown in the Dominican Republic and Nicaragua. The new cigars are being sold exclusively at Swiss retailers, and they are made at the La Aurora Cigar Factory in the Dominican Republic.
“I’ve lost count of my trips to Switzerland, but not of my experiences,” said Omar de Frias, founder of Fratello Cigars, in a press release. “That is where the inspiration came from to prepare an exclusive for our partners in Switzerland and the Fratello Cowbell was born.”
Each cigar is priced at CHF 16.50 ($20.30) and they are being sold in 20-count boxes. A total of 4,000 cigars have been made.
Fratello Cigars are distributed by ImpCor GmbH in the Swiss market.
