Casdagli Cigars has announced a new extension to its Daughters of the Wind Collection, the Daughters of the Wind Rosado line. The line makes its debut at InterTabac 2026 and ships this month.
Daughters of the Wind is a line that pays homage to owner Jeremy Casdagli’s family’s roots in breeding and racing Arabaina horses. The Daughters of the Wind” is a famous Arabian poem written in the 6th century inspired by the beauty of Bedouin horses.
Daughters of the Wind Rosado is produced at the IGM Cigars factory in San José, Costa Rica. The blend also features an expression of Costa Rican tobaccos, including a Costa Rican grown Habano Rosado wrapper and Costa Rican binder. There are five sizes in the line. Four of the sizes (Robusto, Toro, Figurado, Durra (Box Pressed Piramide)) feature a fillers from Costa Rica, Nicaragua, and the Dominican Republic. The fifth size (Lonsdale) features fillers from Costa Rica, Peru, and the Dominican Republic. While Rosado refers to the shade of the wrapper, it also is a color found on Arabian horses.

Its rarity, natural oils and distinctive character bring another dimension to the blend, while the Rosado name fits perfectly with the equestrian heritage behind the collection,” says Jeremy Casdagli, Founder of Casdagli Cigars in a press release.
