Davidoff Adding Boutique Selection for Select Flagships

Next month, three of Davidoff’s company-owned flagship stores will each be getting a new exclusive cigar as part of the Swiss company’s new Boutique Selection.

Those three stores are Geneva, Hong Kong, and the Madison Ave. location in New York City. Each is getting a different cigar, though all three are 6 x 54 toro extra that use an Ecuadorian wrapper over a blend of Dominican tobaccos. Davidoff has provided some context as to how the cigars are different. For example, the Madison Ave. cigar only uses three different fillers, while the others use four. The Hong Kong cigar is listed as medium in intensity, whereas the other two are medium-full.

Davidoff says that it worked with employees of the stores to develop the blends. While each cigar is exclusive to a specific location, each cigar will be a regular item.

The three cigars will go on sale on Tuesday, Sept. 1.
