Lampert’s annual Limited Edition series is expected to return to shelves soon, potentially this month.
The new Lampert Limitada 2026 is a box-pressed 6 x 54 toro extra. While the company posted an image of the cigar, it has not yet disclosed most other details. The cigar is said to use a Connecticut-seed wrapper.
Previously, Stefan Lampert, the company’s founder, told halfwheel he was targeting the release for August.
That’s not the only new Lampert Limitada coming in 2026.
The company has also announced that the Lampert Limitada 2025 will return to stores later this year in a new 7 1/4 x 50 double corona vitola with a 109-style cap, which is finished with a tapered head that has a shape between the round cap of a parejo and the pointed tip of a belicoso. It will be sold in jars.
That blend uses an Ecuadorian habano vuelta abajo (HVA) dark wrapper covering an Ecuadorian habano 2000 binder and a filler blend of tobaccos grown in Brazil, the Dominican Republic and Nicaragua. It was released last year in a box-pressed 6 x 54 toro extra.
The Lampert Limitada 2025 is a 6 x 54 box-pressed toro made with an Ecuadorian habano vuelta abajo (HVA) dark wrapper covering an Ecuadorian habano 2000 binder and a filler blend of tobaccos grown in Brazil, the Dominican Republic and Nicaragua. The cigars were rolled at the Tabacos de Costa Rica factory.
Both Limitada cigars are made at Tabacos de Costa Rica.
