Viaje Full Moon 13th Anniversary Heads to Stores

Ahead of Halloween, there’s a quartet of spooky Viajes heading to stores this week.

The company has begun shipping the Viaje Full Moon 13th Anniversary, which is offered in four different variants. While Viaje has posted about the release on social media and billed retailers, a representative did not reply to an email from halfwheel seeking more information about the cigars, such as blend details. From what has been posted on social media and what has been sent to stores, it’s clear there are four different cigars, each of which is a 6 x 60 gordo.

It’s unclear if the blends differ, but the Limited versions are listed as box-pressed, while the non-Limited versions don’t have that designation. Stores are being sent fewer limited versions than standard ones. Boxes of the Limited versions are $530, while the non-Limited versions have an MSRP of $430 per box of 24.

Full Moon debuted in 2013, coming in a circular box that featured a large pumpkin. Since then, it’s been a near-annual release for the company, though this appears to be the first time it has been offered in a 6 x 60 gordo vitola.
