Hamptons Cigar Manufactory & Museum has officially announced the upcoming launch of The Commander, scheduled for July 4, 2026. This release marks the 50th addition to the company’s collection and will coincide with the 250th anniversary of the United States.
According to Hamptons Cigar Manufactory & Museum, the release not only marks a milestone for the brand but it also honors military heritage through a cigar created to recognize generations of service.
“This cigar was created to honor my family’s military heritage, having served multi-generationally around the world as warriors,” said Las Vohra, owner of Hamptons Cigar Manufactory & Museum of Sag Harbor, N.Y.
The cigar comes in a 5 x 50 Robusto. It features a Connecticut Shade wrapper over Dominican and Pennsylvania tobaccos.
As part of the launch, The Commander is priced at $10.50 per cigar for active duty military, first responders, and veterans. The cigar will be available to civilians at $20 per cigar or in $52.50 or $100.50 multi-cigar options.
