Cavalier Genève has announced the shipping of two of its most anticipated new launches for 2026.
This year marks the 10th anniversary of the company, which was founded by Sebastien Decoppet. To celebrate the occasion, the company has created two different 10th anniversary releases, each made up of two different cigars. Two of the four cigars are packaged in a humidor alongside a Cavalier-branded Cvstos watch, a package that is being sold by the Swiss watch company.
The other two 10th anniversary cigars are being sold by Cavalier Genève itself and are noted for using 10 different types of tobacco.
While there are two different cigars, they come packaged together in the same box. The Cavalier Genève Project 10th Anniversary is offered in a 6 1/4 x 52 toro extra, but each box will come with cigars using two different wrapper shades. The actual leaves are both habano seeds grown in the Jamastrán Valley in Honduras, but one is a darker oscuro leaf, while the other is a lighter claro. Underneath is a habano binder from Jalapa, Nicaragua.
There are then eight fillers placed inside:
- Seco — Copán, Honduras
- Seco — Jamastrán Valley, Honduras
- Viso — Estelí, Nicaragua
- Viso Broadleaf — Honduras
- Ligero — Jalapa, Nicaragua
- Ligero — Jamastrán Valley, Honduras
- Ligero — India
- Ligero — Paraguay
The cigars come in a single 14-count box that contains seven of each wrapper option. The MSRP is set at $24.60 per cigar or $344.40 per box of 14.
Cavalier Genève will allow retailers to order the cigars through the rest of 2026. At the end of the year, the Project 10th Anniversary will be removed from the company’s price list.
“I really feel like this is what the American dream is like. Of course, business means a lot of ups and downs, it most definitely takes a heavy toll, challenges are part of the everyday routine and of course fantastic moments are a huge part of it too,” said Sebastien Decoppet, founder of Cavalier Genève, in a press release in March. “We are deeply grateful to all our retailers in the US and International partners for the trust and allowing us to continue living this unique adventure.”
Also shipping to stores this week is the Cavalier Genève Limited Edition 2026, the company’s long-running annual limited edition series.
This year’s cigar is a 6 1/2 x 47 parejo. Cavalier Genève stopped disclosing the blends for its Limited Edition Series releases but says that no blend is repeated within the series.
The Cavalier Genève Limited Edition 2026 has an MSRP of $16.70 and is limited to 1,948 boxes of 10 cigars. Of that, roughly 1,050 boxes are heading to the U.S., while 900 boxes are reserved for international retailers.
That number—1,948—is a reference to the temperature at which gold melts, 1,948 degrees Fahrenheit, and as such, a nod to the gold foil diamond that Cavalier Genève uses on many of its cigars.
