Last week, Elie Bleu began selling a new Casa Cubana colorway for various cigar lighters and cutters.

The new designs are part of the Elie Bleu Casa Cubana Palacio de la Revolución Series, which was shown off earlier this year. Palacio de la Revolución, Spanish for Palace of the Revolution, uses an indigo color with inspiration from Cuba, seemingly the Museo de la Revolución, a former presidential palace that is now a museum.

None of the models are new, rather, they are offered for the first time in these colors:

  • Elie Bleu C-5 V Cigar Cutter Casa Cubana Palacio de la Revolución — $290
  • Elie Bleu EBC-4 Cigar Cutter Casa Cubana Palacio de la Revolución — $270
  • Elie Bleu J-12 Casa Cubana Palacio de la Revolución — $320
  • Elie Bleu J-15 Casa Cubana Palacio de la Revolución — $280

Elie Bleu began selling them in its home market of France. Rëyns International, the company’s U.S. distributor, told halfwheel that it hopes to begin shipping the items to American retailers this week.

Each item is limited to 688 pieces.

The Casa Cubana Series began in 2015. Inspired by the buildings of Havana. Elie Bleu created humidors that were designed to look like the historic architecture of the Cuban capital. Since then, it has gone on to create humidors that look like ornate buildings, like the palace or simpler buildings like a tobacco barn. In addition, the company’s lighters, cutters, ashtrays and cigar cases have been included as part of the series. The Casa Cubana Palacio de la Revolución Humidor, pictured above, is priced at $9,100.
