Smoke-Dogg Cigars (Smoke-Dogg.com) has announced a distribution agreement with Kingmakers Cigars. Under the agreement, Smoke-Dogg will distribute Kingmakers’ premium cigar portfolio to lounges and retailers and sell directly to consumers through Smoke-Dogg.com.
Over the past few years, Kingmakers has collaborated with Carmelo Anthony, Kelsey Plum, Marshawn Lynch, KALEO frontman JJ Julius Son, and Playboy. Kingmakers Cigars are made in Nicaragua.
Smoke-Dogg pairs a curated online marketplace with hands-on distribution. Lounges and retailers order wholesale directly through the platform with simple, card-on-file reordering, backed by sales representatives who work relationships in markets including Florida, Georgia, and the Carolinas. Smoke-Dogg.com also offers an online portal.
“Kingmakers does something few brands can — it turns a legacy into a cigar people want to experience,” said Reggie Kimble, co-founder of Smoke-Dogg, in a press release. “Our job is to put great boutique cigars in more humidors and make reordering effortless for the lounges that carry them. Kingmakers brings the names and the craftsmanship; we bring the access, the relationships and the storytelling. That’s a match.”
“Smoke-Dogg understands the boutique lounge and the people who walk into it. They’re building real relationships with retailers and telling brand stories in a way that connects, and that’s exactly the kind of partner we want carrying Kingmakers into new markets,” added Claudio Torres, co-founder and COO of Kingmakers Cigars.
“Boutique brands deserve a partner that treats them like a priority, not a line item,” added Steve Robinson, co-founder of Smoke-Dogg. “Kingmakers joins our featured brand lineup, and we can’t wait to bring these cigars to our lounge partners and our community.”
Kingmakers cigars will be available to Smoke-Dogg retail partners and on Smoke-Dogg.com beginning this week. Lounges and retailers interested in carrying Kingmakers can open a wholesale account at Smoke-Dogg.com.
