NUb Mexico Arriving at Stores

Share

The new NUb Mexico line, which was previewed at the 2026 InterTabac trade fair in Dortmund, Germany, last month, has begun arriving at stores in the U.S.

The line puts a Mexican-grown wrapper front-and-center, while the binder and filler are both Nicaraguan. Oliva Cigar Co., which makes the NUb brand,  describes as being medium in body and slightly spicy.

There are two sizes available, one of which is an exclusive for the United States. That is the 464T, a 4 x 64 torpedo shape, pictured on the right in the above photo. The other size is the 460, a short, thick cigar that measures 4 x 60, and which will be available to retailers worldwide. Both retail for approximately $11 and come in 24-count boxes.

The NUb México joins the NUb Habano, NUb Maduro, NUb Cameroon, and NUb Connecticut as the brand’s core lines. There is also the NUb Cain Habano, NUb Cain Maduro, and NUb Cain F, along with a handful of other releases over the nearly 20 years since the concept debuted in 2008.

For instance, in 2012, the company released the STUDIO TOBAC World Tour Sampler 2012, which contains the NUb USA, which used U.S.-grown filler. That year, there was also the event-only Cain Daytona NUb 460. In 2014, the company launched NUb Café, three lines with the flavor of coffee drinks.
