Smoke Inn and KMA Talk Radio, in conjunction with Cigar Coop, have launched the Fuente for Heroes Fundraiser.
The Cause
Carlito Fuente has always believed that what we are fortunate enough to have means even more when we can use it to help others. His generosity, his love of country, and the spirit behind the recent OpusX ReXilient tribute to September 11 remind us that our greatest traditions are built not only on what we create, but on what we give back.
Inspired by that example, we are proud to support the Tunnel to Towers Foundation by bringing together ten extraordinary, rare, and highly collectible Arturo Fuente pieces for the cigar community. These are items that are exceptionally difficult—if not nearly impossible—to find or purchase. Yet through a simple donation to an incredible cause, you will have the opportunity to earn entries for a chance to receive one of these remarkable pieces.
100% of every donation goes to Tunnel to Towers, helping support America’s fallen and catastrophically injured military heroes, first responders, and their families.
The Giveaways
About a week ago, Carlito Fuente handed me a box of Fuente Fuente OpusX ReXilient Cigars and expressed a desire to continue the fundraising efforts. I admit I was a bit overwhelmed at first, but Carlito and I thought it would be a great idea to involve Abe Dababneh and the KMA community. Abe has the infrastructure and resources to help us, and the KMA/Smoke Inn community is known for being strong and supportive.
Abe took things to the next level by adding a second box of OpusX ReXilient Cigars, two “Summer of Love” samplers, a box of OpusX TGS 2021 from his personal collection, a box of OpusX TGS 2026, two OpusX 25th crystal ashtrays, and two Carlito Fuente bobbleheads to the mix.
Shortly after we launched, Carlito added a third box of OpusX ReXilient and a box of the OpusX 25th El Tributo. (Please check the URL we provide below for up-to-date prize information).

The Fuente for Heroes Fundraiser begins Saturday, September 19, and runs through Thursday, October 15. Winners will be drawn live on KMA Talk Radio on Saturday, October 17.
For us, this is more than a collection of rare Fuente treasures. It is our opportunity to follow Carlito’s example, give back together, and turn our shared passion into something that truly matters.
Give. Remember. Make a Difference.
