Micallef Orange Ships Nationwide

After a soft launch last week, the Micallef Orange should soon be arriving at stores nationwide.

The Fort Worth, Texas-based company says it began shipping the cigars on Monday, Aug. 31, with the intent that stores will have them on shelves by tomorrow, Saturday, Sept. 5. The Micallef Orange is one of two new blends the company has added to its Color Series this year; in February, it released the Micallef White.

With the release of the Orange, the Color Series now includes seven blends, each of which is offered in the same two vitolas and same two price points nationally, though the company has made exclusive sizes for specific retailers. The Micallef Orange uses a Connecticut-seed wrapper from an undisclosed origin over a Mexican San Andrés binder and fillers from the Dominican Republic and Nicaragua.

It was launched at events last week at Two Guys Cigars, a chain of stores in New Hampshire that has a handful of exclusive Color Series releases.
