Avowed Cigars has announced a new three-count limited edition sampler known as Awakening Rhapsody. The sampler features The Awakening, a limited-edition cigar, and two new iterations based on this blend. The Awakening Rhapsody is positioned as a Father’s Day release. The Awakening uses an Ecuadorian Hybrid wrapper (which growers no longer cultivate), an Ecuadorian Habano binder, and a filler blend of Piloto Cubano, San Vicente, Criollo 98, and Pennsylvania tobaccos.

Lampert Cigars has announced a new limited release known as Baba Yaga. Baba Yaga is named for a mythical creature in Slavic folklore. There is an aura of mystery around the Baba Yaga character and this carries over to the cigar. Other than being made in Costa Rica at Tabacos de Costa Rica and using an Ecuadorian Habano, no other blend details have been disclosed. Baba Yaga is being released
